Shipping Policy

We ship from Florida across the United States.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days

• Delivery: typically 3–7 business days after the order ships

• You will receive tracking once the order leaves us

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Please double-check your shipping address before you pay. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect address.

If your order hasn’t moved after 7 business days from the ship date, email us with your order number and we will help.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you happy in your DKW.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

• unused

• unwashed

• in original condition

• with tags attached (if it had tags)

How to start a return
Email us your order number, the item, and whether you want a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and check the item, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Original shipping is not refundable unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Exchanges
We’ll send the replacement size or style as soon as the return is approved, subject to stock.

We cannot accept
Sale items marked final sale, worn or washed items, or returns requested after 14 days.

Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
